Heating System 

Electrical charges can be high if you keep you heating system on 24/7.  Please familiarize yourself with the thermostat and operation of the heating system.  

Gate Operation

Please do not share your code.  Attached is gate operation instructions.  Lost fobs and key tags can be purchased or replaced at owner/renter expense.  

Signs

Signs are permitted on units.  The Customer must comply with the following rules. All signs must be pre-approved by Storage Works Cumberland.  

• A standardized size of 2’ X 3’

• Magnetic

• Sign will be centered above the door on the fifth garage panel
